Are your products Halal Certified?
Yes, all our products are 100% Halal certified by the relevant manufacturer's country authorities that the product is made. I.e. Made in Singapore (MUIS), Made in Malaysia (JAKIM), Made in Indonesia (BPJPH).
How long is the order processing time?
Orders will be processed within 1 working day, our sales representative will contact you to arrange for a delivery schedule (typically orders will be fulfilled within 2-3 working days).
How do I make an exchange?
We will be glad to offer you an exchange if you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, feel free to visit our store for a 1 to 1 exchange. Please bring along your proof of purchase for the exchange.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept all Major Credit/ Debits Cards, Stripe, Paypal, PayNow, GrabPay and Cash-on-delivery.
